1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Mov-IX services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Mov-IX provides logistics and moving services including but not limited to transportation of goods, furniture moving, and delivery services within South Africa.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate information about items to be moved, ensuring items are properly prepared for transport, and being available at agreed pickup and delivery times.
4. Liability and Insurance
Mov-IX provides basic coverage for items during transport. Additional insurance may be available upon request. Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in our service agreement.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due as agreed upon booking confirmation. Late payments may incur additional fees. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
6. Prohibited Items
Mov-IX reserves the right to refuse transport of hazardous materials, illegal items, or items that may pose a safety risk.
